Delivery & Customs Information

When ordering from sshhmute.com, you must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders shipped outside of New Zealand may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The customer of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Bremner Music & sshhmute.com has no control over these charges, nor can Bremner Music & sshhmute.com predict what they may be.

Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been shipped (e.g. it has been picked up by the courier and has already left New Zealand en route to your country).

When purchasing a product from our website, you are required to click on our terms and conditions, which states "By checking this check box, I agree to accept any additional customs, duty and/or tariff charges to my order after it has been sent by Bremner Music. Bremner Music, sshhmute.com and any shipping service that Bremner Music uses to ship their products have no part in deciding the costs of these charges. These charges are determined by the Customs Department in your own country." 
By clicking on this check box, you accept these terms and conditions. If you are subject to these charges, you will be contacted either by the freight company or the customs department in your country once the parcel has left New Zealand. But please note that not all countries will require these charges. 

 

Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

  • Customs offices in some countries or regions require the importer (customer) to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID. 

     

  • Countries / regions that require an identification number include: Brazil, Chile, China, Ecuador, India, Israel, Peru, Qatar, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, and Turkey.
